So far I am terribly disappointed in CommonBond. Everything has been a challenge re the app process for a student loan refi. I've now had to ask for a new password and your password change link does not work on IE.

Signed up to see if I could get a lower interest rate on my loans. Unsubscribed from emails and they haven't stopped emailing me.

The website seemed fine. I didn't like that you had to create a profile to start with...just give me the rates already. I submitted rate requests to 6 banks. CommonBond's process was probably the 2nd or 3rd most cumbersome. I REALLY DID NOT LIKE the pushy text messages that came afterwards. Your rate clearly was not the best, and I had to go with another bank...and the persistent texts were very annoying,.

I have my loans with Navient, was in hopes this program through my work with Humana may save me money or offer other plans. However you asked for a cosigner, WHAT? really? No way. I've never had to have a cosigner ... What a disappointment.

My credit is 790! I’m nearly 50 years old. I don’t have a co-signer, I’m ususlly the one asked to co-sign. I already used SoFi.
