Super easy process to do wish I had done it sooner! Only reason I have at 4 stars instead of 5 is I got nowhere near the advertised rate- by the time they had done a hard credit pull I was locked in but that was about 1.3% higher than I was initially quoted- that's over an extra thousand dollars in interest fees over my 5 year loan

Common bond made the re-financing process easy, and they were responsive by phone to my inquiries regarding adjusting my interest rate for updated facts.

Process was very easy. Easy to get a hold of Customer Service if needed.

Excellent rates and refinancing process, but firstmark is a very outdated platform and has no mobile app. It would also be nice to have Commonbond service the loan as well to have everything in one spot.
