My experience with commonbond has mostly been great. The approval and refinancing process was very easy and there were plenty of refinancing options. The only issue I have been having has been with the loan servicer used for my loan. I have been attempting to create an account with the servicer of my loans for two weeks to no avail. I have called the company two times and have been told to just wait and eventually I will be able to create an account. I am becoming frustrated and am worried I will miss my first payment because the website will not allow my to create an account. So my qualms aren’t necessarily with commonbond because they have been great, my issue is with the loan servicer they have partnered with for my loan.

I found the online chat service to be excellent and the rates very competitive.

Refinanced my daughters student loans. Because I dont use Google Chrome I had some trouble approving documents on their website. Other than that, the process was painless. Highly recommended.

Have checked my rate but not refinanced because the rate they have offered is higher than I am paying now.

It has been 2-3 weeks trying to get my application finalized signed and I have hit every imaginable bump that could delay this experience. I would give my rating lower but due to the incredible customer service I gave a 4 star rating. David especially has been extremely helpful and understanding and has been going above and beyond to help iron out these issues with the tech department.
