I usually don't write reviews, however, I had such a good experience with CommonBond and their Care Team that I felt it would be unfair to not leave a review detailing my experience. Initially, I was seeking to refinance my loans through SoFi and my experience there was rather odd. They refused my cosigner when he asked about the rate we'd be given and when I called twice were unhelpful and unwelcoming. My experience through CommonBond was the opposite. The website was easy to use and very informative when it came to the rates that I would be given based on the plan I chose. I spoke on the phone and through email with their employee Ryan and had a wonderful experience. Ryan was very friendly, helpful, and patient! My experience was great and would definitely recommend CommonBond over its competitors.
