Awesome experience!

This process seems quick and painless but alas it is not. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to contact their customer service team (who have all been very nice!) but only about half of them get done what they say they will. If you get the other half then you will be making another call. Overall it’s been an okay experiment but definitely a lot more work than what I anticipated when I first submitted the application.

The customer service representatives, through email and instant chat were very helpful throughout the entire process. However, the time from initial application to disbursement was longer than anticipated, with a few periods where I did not know what was going on and whether there was a reason to be concerned for the delay. Luckily, the customer service representatives were able to shed light on the status, and clear up my concerns.

I had issues with auto pay to try to drop my interest rate down which is the only problem I've had. Also the member home doesn't show as much information as I expected on the main page,

Easy to follow application process and very low interest rate. Lots of information and support provided. The only issue I had was with communication about my pending application— I was never contacted and informed to send in extra info, so a lot of time was wasted while I was waiting to be contacted. It was lucky that I just logged in to check progress and saw that more info was needed.
