Generally I found the website and process very efficient and easy. I received a quick response via phone and on the chat when I had questions and I thought the value for the package I purchased was very good. My only concern is that their payment system does not work well on Edge and it would be nice to know that you needed to use Chrome before wasting time doing the problem solving. Otherwise very good experience to obtain insurance.
