The online renewal process was fast and easy. I was able to upgrade if I wanted but keeping the same was just a few clicks.

I liked that I could still talk to a real, U. S. -based customer service representative who answered my questions and explained how you would be sure to add my titles for all of the many roles i need coverage for: yoga teacher, doula, childbirth educator.

I have been a customer for years. This year, I have had a lot of family issues that have complicated my life. I was reminded by CM&F that it was time for my renewal, which was very helpful. I submitted a request for a change to my address and policy, someone emailed me w/ the change completed correctly and the transaction ready to process. It was so easy! Thank you so much
