Great experience ! I contacted another company first and they had no optons for pastoral counseling. I contacted CM & F and used the chat and it was great, when I requested alive agent. . . they were there in a flash. . . Finally, I decided to talk to a person on the phone, and the representative named Wynta helped with the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease in making my purchase. Applying with CM & F was a great experience, and hopefully I will never need to use the insurance, but I am confident based on the application process that if I did need to apply CM & F would be right there to help. Thank you. . . . and again Wynta was awesome!

Phone rep was informative and told me that the online renewal didn't process most likely bc I was using a browser that was not compatible. Chat agent (Andrea B) was helpful identifying why my coverage changed and helped save me a little by asking me if I was part of NCCAOM / ASA and applied the discount for me.
