I spent a good deal of time on the telephone with Clifford Robertson. He answered all of my questions and had great customer service skills. I looked at many new malpractice carriers given how disappointed I had become with the American Professional Agency for insuring Psychologists. I had them for decades, but realized last year that their customer service is horrific. Thus, I contacted every company that sold malpractice insurance for Ph. D. Psychologists. CM&F was by far the best. I started out with about 10 providers that I compared CM&F to and ultimately, they were decidedly the Best. Now, I hope I never need to use them!
