I understand this is a complicated business, so it requires some human interaction. My only problem is that multiple times, when trying to renew and update my additional insured, the wrong one gets deleted. I end up having to call and speak to someone. However, your staff are outstanding, and always willing to listen and fix the error. Thank you for your time.
