Chubb in the US

Top notch company. Ace Private Risk is who I have been with for a long time and they have been exceptional. Now I guess the new name is Chubb. Not the cheapest, but certainly the care, and service is the best.

The real test of an insurer happens when you have a claim. Do they look for ways to minimize their exposure - or, as I have experienced with Chubb over many years, is their focus on taking a broad. view of policy terms. In sum my claims experience - both personally and for business, has always been positive and I have always felt I received the coverage I paid - and high level customer service.

We had a flood in our house almost three years ago that was caused by negligence on the part of our soft water supplier. We learned at the time we needed it most that Chubb is by far the best claims-service company out there. Their representatives were helpful, supportive, sympathetic, courteous, professional, and willing to help us in any and every way needed. There are other companies out there that promise loser premiums, but it's when you have a claim that the company is put to the test. Chubb is the best company hands down!!
