Chubb in the US

We were very pleased with the great service we received in handling our claim. We continue to be Chubb clients and definitely recommend the company to all our friends. The individuals we dealt with were professional, efficient and timely with any questions we had.

Chubb is a top notch insurance company. Our agent Karen Cruz, with Marsh, is also five star. It's a comfort to know that we are well taken care of when accidents happen. One suggestion is that Chubb work harder to find local tow companies. One way to do this would be through local police departments who know the local scene. The tow truck we ordered through Chubb would have taken about three hours (rural area) but the officer on the scene knew of a truck that was 15 minutes away.

Every time I tell people about the saga of my lost ring (which is a lot, because it was really meaningful for me), I tell them they HAVE to have their jewelry insured by Chubb. I carry on so much they probably think I get a referral commission!
