Chubb in the US

Excellent service in every aspect of claim

A gentleman backed into me in parking lot. Damage not serious. His insurer claimed he did not return calls. Chubb agent from Western claims center kept after other insurer until concession and I kept my deductible.

The service from Chubb was excellent in every way

I received prompt service, excellent car rental loan and prompt resolution of a billing dispute.

I was able to rent the same car. Chubb took care of everything with my shop of choice and the rental car. It was very easy process. I do continue to use Chubb for all my insurance needs.
