reimbursement for expenses while I was evacuated for 2 weeks during the Thomas fire in Santa Barbara.

My eyeglasses were lost on vacation almost one year ago. My claim was approved the same day I reported the loss and paid only a few days later.

Walter did a tremendous job handling my flood insurance during Harvey. He was professional and was very sympathetic during that time. He sent out checks on time and couldn’t have done a better job
