We had a claim for damages done to our condo from the hurricane. Our claim was submitted and that same day, the Chubb representative contacted us. He was great. We received our settlement check in a couple of short days. It was what i’d call INCREDIBLE customer service. The representative was great about asking questions and checking to see if we had questions or concerns. I have only had a couple of claims over the last 50 years of our marriage. Chubb by far exceeded any of the other assessments and settling of claims. And I have to say we were well satisfied with the settlement of our claims; but by far, Chubb was the best.
