Chubb in the US

Chubb is a great insurance company. We have all of our properties, cars and even an umbrella policy with them. Wonderful to work with and pay claims very quickly.

Couldn’t have been easier if I’d designed the process myself. The adjuster was friendly and efficient, and everything went quickly and well.

Our area got hit by a very large an wide hail Storm. Over 6,000 homes were affected. I thought my relatively new (hail resistant) roof would have made it with out much damage. But I called Chubb out of caution. The inspector arrived in just days and gave me a great education on what damage looks like, because I had a lot. The inspector filed his claim and I had a commitment from Chubb for a roof replacement with in a couple of days. I called several reliable roofers and the work started just weeks later. Speed and fairness with Chubb was outstanding. I felt that all the damage was identified and the terms were evenhanded and transparent. I was done within a month. That was over 6 months ago. It is winter and I hear roofing . Some of my neighbors are just their roofs done. Others are still arguing with their insurance company . Will I recommend Chubb? Yes. I have done it several times so far and will continue.

We had a big home owners claim last year for a frozen pipe. Chubb was amazing!! Very responsive and completely understood the situation. I would highly recommend.
