Chubb in the US

A flood during a home improvement proved to be a minor headache instead of a full blown migraine. Everyone from agents, remediators, contractors ... were fabulous.

Chubb has almost all of my insurance policies. The ones I don't use Chubb for I can't get them from Chubb. The company doesn't even underwrite those types of insurance. I have been with Chubb for more than twenty years. It continues to offer best in class products and service, both from the agents who sell/manage policies to the corporate customer support.

Excellent quick service, very professional

The process was seamless from my end. I chose the repair shop. The claims administrator(s) took over and the process started with very little Q&A back and forth. When my initial Chubb contact was away another agent filled in and the claims process moved forward. Some concealed damage was added to the dollar amount with no hassle at my end. All good...result satisfactory.

Last spring a large tree fell onto my house. It was necessary to replace my entire roof and gutters. Chubb recommended a restoration team and the entire project was handled efficiently and hassle-free. I am thankful that I had Chubb for my homeowners insurance.
