we had a large mold claim in 2017 and Chubb was very responsive and reimbursed us quickly.

I was recently in London and received a call from my neighbor in Maine that a 70MPH wind and rain storm had blown much of my roof off. I called Chubb and within an hour the claims adjustor called to let me know she had hired a firm to place a protective tarp over the roof and that she had requested an estimate of the repair needed and the cost. I returned from London, met with the contractor and within a couple weeks, I had a new roof, and the interior water damage to the ceiling had been repaired with an new ceiling. Not only was I thrilled with the response from Chubb, but the contractor they recommended was the best I have ever worked with. I will always be with Chubb.
