Was able to easily remove old car and add new car over the phone after business hours. Customer Service Rep was super friendly and quick to answer all questions. Also, bill was immediately sent and paid .

We experienced water damage from a leak on one of our outdoor decks at our home which is near the ocean. Chubb handled the claim quickly and the payments covered all of the work related to the water damage. Chubb handled the claim flawlessly.
