I’m in the insurance business myself, so I understand all involved with paying claims. I’ve been with Chubb for 25 years and would never even consider changing. For over 20 years I never really had any claims to speak of. And then by bad luck I had a tree fall on my house, and my car was totaled in a flash flood. Point is, you have no idea what you have until you need it. In both instances, I received a call the following day and what sticks out most to me was, rather than most insurance companies who nickel snd dime claims and look for ways NOT to pay the claim, Chubb is the exact OPPOSITE. In every instance of the claims, they looked for ways to pay the claim and return me to whole and their understanding and service during those terrible claims was amazing. If you are looking for a personal lines carrier, look no further, Chubb is the gem in an otherwise, often times, very frustrating industry.
