I worked with Luke C to create and order my wedding favor hats. There was a lot of back and forth (from my end) on style of hat and kind of embroidery to do. Luke was incredible to work with, patient, and offered very helpful advice. hats showed up in a matter of days after I placed the order as well which is impressive because we bought 175 hats with 3D embroidery.
