I enjoyed the ordering process for our hats. Easy enough to get started online but then the team reached out to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted it. My suggestion: an easy way to get sample hats would be super helpful. I am not crazy with the feel and look of the hat that I fixed because I there was not an easy way to try a few options on before deciding.
