Caps to You communicated every aspect of the approval process. This was a rush order and it made it in plenty of time. Hats were high quality and the logo embroidery came out great!

Everything was good! I thought at one point I was going to get some extra patches and was excited about that.

Product turned out great visually. My only complaint is that most every cap's patches weren't entirely glued on.

Hi, my product was top notch and will absolutely purchase from you again. The only negtative was the FedEx shipping. Perhaps they're good by you but they're utter garbage by me. The shipping time was longer than USP/USPS and somehow the package was out on the delivery truck for 4 days before it got deliver. This is especially frustrating when you need to make arrangements to be there when the package is delivered. Only thing I'd change would be shipping with a different carrier.
