The content of the webinar was very informative but it was delivered in a meandering unfocused way wandering from Strategic to operational subjects, in the space of a sentence or two. Very unfocused.

I felt like too much time was spent on managing our own stress and it was never discussed how that related to working with others. Then the actual portion of the webinar relating to the theme was so jam-packed and rushed it was hard to keep up. The speaker was also just not engaging and, at times, offensive. I'm beyond disappointed.

I purchased the downloadable version. The link shows up with less than understandable instructions to operate. Had to ask for help only to find out there were audio problems. Expensive to not have a useable product, and I had to find out, instead of getting an email letting me know BEFORE a good audio was sent out

No link was sent for this "live" presentation. Couldn't reach anyone to get help. Went online just now and read several similar bad reviews. Once we receive the recorded session with transcript, we expect a full refund. Will not be using Business Watch Network, or referring anyone, in the future.
