I enjoyed the class and being able to bring back some hopefully helpful tips for my team. The big one was never review something online; a printed version is always the better option!

I am glad I took the course and have applied some of the lessons learned - especially with email communication. I feel more confidant in my electronic correspondence and no longer cringe when I review my sent messages along with the response.
