So far it has been great do business with ABL. One thing that would most likely draw up more business for ABL and convinance for investor like me is to create a platform where investors can put in the property they are interested in and plug in numbers for the deal to see what the closing costs would add up and all other immortals Information that is needed to help make a smarter decision into making the deal. So far my interaction with ABL has been great. Although, there are better terms & pricing out in the hard money world, I value working relationships more over money so I stay at ABL :-)
