3-14-26 I began my journey to health and wellbeing with Oestra. Best decision I’ve made. I have experienced one cycle since beginning Oestra. I stopped applying the lotion during the 7 day cycle. The flow was heavy for three days and then very light. Overall a good cycle. Life’s stressors don’t seem as HARD prior to introducing HRT into my life. I know it will continue to improve! I was a bit os a sceptic but was willing to try anything! My sleep is better and my hot flashes have almost completely resolved!

I've only been using inner balance for 6 weeks so it's very early on but it seems like it may be helping my crepey skin. Otherwise I feel much better; hot flashes are gone, sleep is better and I just feel more calm. I will continue to use the product and see what more improvements it brings.

My quality of life has improved so much since starting Oestra. My hot flashes were absolutely relentless 24 hours a day destroying my sleep. They are GONE. I have so much energy and having sex does not hurt anymore.
