I love the product it has been working great! The website and support could use some help!! The website should have a login feature where you can see your personal information and be able to communicate with an actual healthcare provider and not an AI bot. The site claims we can talk to a healthcare provider at any time, which is one of the reasons for the cost of the product, but having to go thru an AI platform first is really frustrating and not really what you advertise. If the product wasn’t working so well I probably would not continue

I’ve had a rough start. I can tell you my body has improved since I’ve been taking it. But I can’t get the help I’ve been asking for for two months. It’s not easy to get a hold of someone that can help with questions. I want to love it but my skin is sensitive and I need to place it somewhere other than inside the vagine.

Not at all what I thought I was paying an extra $100 a month for. Irrelevant and non personalized texting, additional effort required to communicate feedback or needs (aside from this survey), lack of advertised support from an actual doctor… I’m not interested in communicating with bot or random customer service person, that’s not what I signed up for. So would I recommend? Probably not. Cream is goopy, oozes out as soon as it goes in, have to do it at night, sometimes I forget, haven’t seen any noticeable improvement, doesn’t travel well. Seem to have acne again, and achy boobs, so.

Dr Daccarett was wonderful! The advise and knowledge she shared was very valuable. The HRT however was not the right fit for my body. Even After reducing the dose down to 1/4 a pump, I was extremely swollen, retaining excessive amounts of wate which prevented me from basic life movements- bending over, squatting down, and even hugging people due to constantly having painful breast, which also kept me up at night. I had 4 heavy periods in an 9 week stretch after going 5 years without one. I experienced no positive results to offset and justify living with the extremely negative side effects. It was disrupting my daily life and sleep at night. I’ve been off of it for 10 days, and the water is coming off, my breast are back to normal, the acne has cleared up and I’ve had no more bleeding.
