The product itself is fine, though messy. The packaging is weird. The instructions inconsistent. The communication was falsely advertised, and as a full time caregiver, I don’t have the capacity to log in to another website to ask questions. I tried to make the Dr. times, but something always came up. I guess overall my hip pain is gone, which was my main concern, but otherwise I’m uncertain it’s doing more than that. It would be interesting to see if a patch would be less messy and equally helpful, but this is fine for now. Would be good to find other people using this, see what their experiences are.

I love the product it has been working great! The website and support could use some help!! The website should have a login feature where you can see your personal information and be able to communicate with an actual healthcare provider and not an AI bot. The site claims we can talk to a healthcare provider at any time, which is one of the reasons for the cost of the product, but having to go thru an AI platform first is really frustrating and not really what you advertise. If the product wasn’t working so well I probably would not continue

I’ve had a rough start. I can tell you my body has improved since I’ve been taking it. But I can’t get the help I’ve been asking for for two months. It’s not easy to get a hold of someone that can help with questions. I want to love it but my skin is sensitive and I need to place it somewhere other than inside the vagine.

Not at all what I thought I was paying an extra $100 a month for. Irrelevant and non personalized texting, additional effort required to communicate feedback or needs (aside from this survey), lack of advertised support from an actual doctor… I’m not interested in communicating with bot or random customer service person, that’s not what I signed up for. So would I recommend? Probably not. Cream is goopy, oozes out as soon as it goes in, have to do it at night, sometimes I forget, haven’t seen any noticeable improvement, doesn’t travel well. Seem to have acne again, and achy boobs, so.
