So many symptoms, both physical and mental, have improved since starting. And that alone has improved my mood and outlook on life. I have enough other issues, I just needed some kind of relief from somewhere and this did the trick. Each of the improvements have been subtle, but so many little changes have added up to be almost life changing. The rest is up to me to take full advantage now that I can finally function again, but I finally feel up to the challenge for the first time in years!

First let me say, I was already using a prescription bioidentical estrogen for vaginal atrophy after a hysterectomy & a topical progesterone that I took on my own. But I could tell I needed something different. I found oestra & decided to give it a try. It worked really fast on my vaginal atrophy. There was a visible difference in 1 month. I didn't think it was helping me much in other areas yet, until we went on vacation for 5 days & I forgot to pack it. After 2 days without it I wanted to strangle every member of my family & I never wanted to see my husband's face again! LOL THANK GOD WE ARE HOME!!
