Kevin helped us, w his supervisor, Gail. It was a long process (and my 3rd time trying to do this). They were able to open the acct. My only issue was nothing was explained to me, Kevin was leaving for the day, and I guess I overwhelmed him. Never told me about the acct at all & I did not want to bother to ask

I love the people that

I love the people that work at my local branch but I don’t like the fact the nothing is instant. A my old bank if I was to transfer money from one account to another at the same bank it was instant. Here I have to wait at least a day.

Opening the account went ok,

Opening the account went ok, we had problems with balance transfers when we changed our savings. When we changed our checking we had the same problems. Both were resolved but a little frustrating, especially since both our accounts were compromised one week apart. Also we received information from the fraud department stating the money was returned and to contact them if we wanted details on how they came up with the results. My wife has called the number twice and left messages and no one will get back to us. I am very concerned that it was a bank data breach because in both instances the money was credited to us in under 12 hours. Please feel free to reach out to either my wife or myself so we can discuss this further.
