I called in advance and Manny told me I could have a 3:00 appointment or one at 4:00. He took me right at 3:00 and I was glad I didn’t have to wait. He explained to me why one of my accounts had closed. Upon my request he promptly opened a new one for me. Manny was very courteous. I understand your motto. Thanks for asking. JF
