I found the course interesting although not as user friendly as it could be. I struggled to move onto later models and it took some time before I could take the final quiz. Now that I have completed, I can't see the certificate to print it. I am in the Fresh Produce, packing and supply industry so a lot of the quiz questions around food prep and holding temperatures etc, bore no relevance at all for me.

An excellent organisation providing clear and concise training.

This was a great course. Really informative and user friendly! I found the modules really interactive which made reading through the information more interesting!
