Always the freshest hops, there’s been a noticeable difference in my beers by using recent crop hops vs. the random ones at my lhbs. Still amazes me how they get from Washington to Florida in 1-3 days with economy shipping. Couldn’t recommend Yakima Valley Hops more!!!
