The process of purchase and follow up steps worked without any problem. What i personally miss is a brief description of the whole process either on the shop website or in the order confirmation. 1. After the purchase you will receive an order confirmation, payment receipt and further instructions 2. When you have the CSR submitted you will receive an e-mail from our Support & Validation team. This my take some hours. 3. You will be asked to send a copy of an official document like passport or driver license for identity validation. 4. After the validation is completed you will get an e-mail with instructions for downloading the certificate.
