I have a really hard time getting in touch with anyone. I have tried the live chat 3 times now and it tells me no agent available every time. I was in contact with someone through email, but they just stopped responding to me when I ran into a couple of issue. I have my SSL Certificate and I am not able to submit it due to an error and have not had any help getting this issue resolved in over 24 hours now.

I purchased a code signing certificate and it was approved and ready to use in under 24 hours. It would be nice if there was a way to upload a certificate signing request without using an antiquated browser. But it worked!

I need a .cer certificate file not .crt certificate file. I open a case 11:52am and have not heard back from Tech Support.

The purchase and install of the certificates went very smoothly except for 2 details. (1) The web site does not let me renew an existing certificate. I had to purchase a new cert, which did not allow me to extend the expiration date of the old certificate by a year. It worked out because I used the 20% promotion to compensate for the lost time. (2) The instructions on how to install the cert take me to a place on the web site to download the root and intermediate in a bundle. However the instructions only explain how to install root and int separately.
