I am not a programmer. I am a video producer, editor and graphics designer. Your site is technically difficult for client's like me to use. However, I learned many technical things that were a challenge. In the end, I was able to get it done myself. Part of the process was handled by the Cpanel procedure at my Host site.

I needed help with obtaining a sign in certificate. Buying it was easy enough. Getting the certificate request going was not simple as you need IE only. Google, Firefox or Edge won't work. I waisted a lot of time with the online chat support. But they did answer and get me going. Then the validation process had a hiccup but again the support team was here. So at the end all worked as it should so I am happy with the service received. Will order again.
