I bought a retail Window 10 Pro license from SoftwareKeep to install on my Acer laptop that had a Window 10 Home OEM license. Because of the way that OEM licenses work and because of Microsoft, installing was not trivial. Googling did not help, Softwarekeep support - truly available 24/7 - was extremely responsive and fixed the issue for me.

The technician installed the software for me. He was professional, fast and efficient. A job well done.

The download went fine, but I had an awful time trying to figure out how to install. I ended up going to the chat and talking to Daniel. He was patient, asked several questions and asked if he could check things out by remote access. I gave him authorization. He found another office program that needed to be uninstalled. I mentioned that I had that to use the Outlook for my work email. After some consideration he felt he could get this connected to my work email, and he did just that, then went and made sure all the programs were activated, which I really appreciated. He did all this is about 1/2 hour even with me slowing him up at various points. Thank you so much and thank you Daniel.
