After being stressed out about the process and not knowing who to trust, Own Up was straight forward, quick to respond and easy to work with. My wife and I closed on our first house on time, with a great rate and no problems at all. Mike was very helpful all the way and found us a great rate from a reliable lender. It is important to get a good rate, but also a lender that will communicate well and make sure you close on time. For those that are feeling sketchy about the mortgage process please reach out to them, they don't need any private information for a soft credit check and they will give you an accurate rate by just providing them with very basic info.
