Beautiful products and beautiful service. I just wish you would make your returns process less cumbersome, with having to print paper & fill out forms (very old fashioned!!) as a made a mistake in ordering some cups of a size too small and still haven’t been able to find a printer to get these exchanged. They were supposed to be a Christmas present so it’s all too late now sadly. Come on! Most companies use a bar code system for easy returns. It’s time to update here!
