Won’t respond to lost package to remedy.

They ship my bottle cap to wring adress

I ordered the Zulu 64 oz water bottle and was sent an ello 64 oz that wasn’t even the right color. In fact the bottle I was sent was supposed to be sent to someone in Colorado and not me in Virginia. I still have yet to get the product I ordered and paid for over three weeks ago. After being told the order would be corrected a week ago. When I ask for updates I get no response!

I placed an order because the band on two out of four of bottle tops failed. I decided to order another bottle and extra tops so I could get free shipping but he website limits how many tops you could buy. It would require me to buy a second bottle so I decided to just buy the two caps and pay the shipping. This morning a third one broke and I’m not sure if I will replace them anymore.

It a wrong lid that doesn’t match my mug. Need to get the correct lid.
