I ordered 2 water bottles and the strap broke on the first day it was used. I emailed customer support twice with a picture and I still haven’t received an answer!

My water bottle broke

This is the second time I have ordered from Zulu's site and both times I had issues. This past time I ordered 5 water bottles and only one arrived (after waiting 2 weeks). I contacted customer service immediately but they took 3 days to respond. The replacement 4 water bottles took almost 2 weeks to arrive with no tracking available. I will not be ordering from their website again.

Received wrong lid (may have mistakenly ordered wrong one); had to glue together the pieces of my old broken lid instead.
