Not impressed

I ordered the first time and I was eligible to do the online order and get the free gift after spending $350 or a bit more. After 1 week I called ZO representatives to ask about my order and they told me that it couldn’t be processed when I ordered it again they told me I can not take advantage of the promo again!!!! I still ordered and got my order and one of them was the exfoliating cleanser but I wanted the gentle cleanser. The sunscreen I have used before the small size and is amazing and a bit tinted so decided to get the big one but turned out to be so white. I don’t really know what is going on. So disappointed!!!

They don’t care about the customer. Just want the money and don’t back their product. Learned that the hard way. But they keep messaging to do these reviews so here you go! Leave me alone

Have not been happy with the customer service. They advertise skin experts but every time I email a very simple question they pass the buck and tell me to go to a local spa for help
