Service was OK but your products are absolute crap.

Unfortunately the clip broke while the harness was within warranty, however zhik has refused to replace the broken part. I'm now left with a $300 harness that I can't use. I would have thought it would be simple for zhik to replace the plastic clip but sadly I'm unable to get help.

Trusted I'd received all I'd ordered and paid ...xmas presents for kids so super sad to find not all delivered...😪
