Zest

Overall, excellent tea! I've really enjoyed my first few cups, and look forward to ordering more in the future. Complaints that are holding me back from 5 stars: -I was hoping to not taste the additional caffeine at all, but it definitely comes through. It's not terribly unpleasant, and it's mitigated by the high quality of the tea, but it's there. -The canister that I have does not seal as well as hoped. I worry that the top might come off if I bring the tin anywhere, and if there is air exposure, that may cause the tea to degrade faster than otherwise.
