I've only received two packages from the website (I used to buy them through GoPuff but realized it would be cheaper to buy them directly). The first package said it was delivered but I didn't receive it until a week later. The second one arrived quickly and was actually delivered when it said it was. I'm hoping the first time was just a fluke, but we'll see.
