A review of a review?

Product are great. The packaging is beautiful but too heavy and bulky for travel. The travel versione pompa don’t work and can cause product to go anywhere when pressed. The pump on the bigger disse works well. Would be great to received some literature with the product on how to use then together. In which rider…

I cannot praise the formulas highly enough. They are wonderful, and they work. I have highly allergy prone and sensitive skin, and have spent half my life chasing breakouts but my skin has never looked so good. Its calm, nourished and glowing. I had a few questions in figuring out the right routine for my skin, and customer service is excellent; special thanks to Chiara and Claudiu for their expertise. I have just two reservations. The first is that I have twice bought products from different retailers that were expired, and I was left insecure about why they are still available for sale, and unsure if they were safe to use. The second is looking at the mounting stack of (mostly substantial glass bottles) I am getting through, I long for some kind of refill system. I know glass can be recycled but they are used up quickly and then thrown. Presumably the bottles also form a good part of the cost, and some of the serums in particular are costly. My wallet, and my desire to not be wasteful, would be very pleased to see the introduction of a refill system at some point.

I have been using the full-size oil for many years and enjoy the plumping effect from the hydration it provides. This was the third travel size of this product I have bought. I was hoping the dispenser might have been improved as with my previous 2 purchases the dispenser provides far too much product. In fact it shoots out of the bottle, and is extremely wasteful. Unfortunately no such product development appears to have taken place and this bottle is just as bad as the last two. Regrettably I won't be buying any more of the travel size.
