Amazing customer service. I had an issue and I was offered nothing but respect and care. My issue was resolved immediately and well.

I’ve tried several of the green and white teas now and have enjoyed every drop!

Perfect Gaiwan for my purposes. Just the right size for my single person gong fu sessions, light as a feather and with a very fine texture, the see through-ness of it is also a nice touch

Shipping was quick both orders. Really enjoyed the tea I got too. I recommend the sampler for those who are starting out.

This is my favorite spot to get tea. You all are the best!
