This is a good one, rich, slightly bitter, potent for certain. Rich. I can taste the fermentation a little, in the first couple of steeps, but it reveals itself after that in a beautiful manner. It's high quality. Curious as to how this one will be in another five years. It isn't going to last that long around here.
