Product still NOT delivered
Company choose DHL as their shipping carrier knowing that DHL was experiencing serious delays due to the virus. Every Time I contacted Yukon customer service, they always sent back the same messages saying the product was shipped even though DHL HAD NOT EVEN PASSED ON THE PACKAGE TO THE POST OFFICE!
After telling Yukon customs service I was cancelling my order, I get an update from DHL saying they handed my package off to the post office after holding it for 11 days! Two days later Yukon customer service informs me that DHL has had some shipping activity on my package.
My advice to Yukon, stop using DHL or any other carrier that is having known shipping issues.
